FAQ

Is moissanite a diamond?

No. Moissanite is a distinct gemstone in its own right — not a diamond, and not a cubic zirconia simulant. It is valued for its own brilliance and fire, and it registers as moissanite on a standard gemstone tester. We never present it as a diamond.

What does "GRA Certified" mean on your listings?

It means our supplier states that the piece carries a GRA certificate. We pass that on exactly as it was given to us. We have not independently verified those certificates. Some lab-grown diamond listings carry a supplier-stated IGI report, and the same applies: it is passed on as the supplier gave it to us. We do not claim GIA grading on any piece.

What metal do you use?

Our moissanite and everyday jewellery is 925 sterling silver, which is 92.5% pure silver. Our Gold & Diamonds range is solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold, and each listing names the karat as stated by our supplier. Selected men's pieces are stainless steel or tungsten carbide, and the listing says so. Where a piece is plated, the listing says so — for example "925 Sterling Silver — Gold Plated". Plating is a surface finish over sterling silver; it is not solid gold.

Do you sell natural diamonds?

Yes. Our Gold & Diamonds range includes natural diamond and lab-grown diamond jewellery in solid gold, and each listing says which. Stone details are as stated by our supplier.

How are lab-grown stones described?

Always as lab-grown, in the product title and throughout the listing. We never drop the label. Cubic zirconia is never described as zircon; they are different materials.

Do you sell loose stones or offer custom design?

We sell loose moissanite and lab-grown diamond stones in our Loose Stones range, alongside finished jewellery. We do not take custom commissions or bespoke designs.

Where tracking is available, tracking information is emailed after your order ships.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Products in one order may ship separately, so you may receive different tracking numbers for different products.

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have the package. What should I do?

Contact us promptly. We may ask you to check the delivery location, household members, building management or the carrier, and a carrier investigation may be required.

What if my package is actually lost?

We will investigate the shipment. Once it is confirmed lost, we will work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to the circumstances of the shipment and applicable law.

Only if the product page shows 30-Day Returns. Products marked Final Sale — No Change-of-Mind Returns cannot be returned for a change of mind.

How long do I have to report a damaged or incorrect item?

Damage, missing pieces or the wrong item: within 14 calendar days of delivery. A defect you could not have noticed at delivery: contact us within a reasonable time after you discover it. Photos or video may be requested.

Who pays return shipping?

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. For an approved damaged, defective or incorrect-item claim where a return is required, we cover or reimburse reasonable return postage.

Can I return a custom or engraved item?

Generally no. Custom, personalized, engraved and made-to-order items are generally Final Sale unless the product page or applicable law provides otherwise.

Can I return a ring after resizing it?

Generally no. Resized, altered, engraved, repaired or otherwise modified products may become ineligible for return.

Are eternity rings returnable?

Some eternity or full-band rings are designated Final Sale. Check the individual product page before purchasing.

What happens if I order the wrong ring size?

Selecting the correct size is your responsibility unless we made an error. Some products are non-returnable or unsuitable for resizing, so always review the product-specific return terms before ordering.

Do your jewelry products have warranties?

Warranty coverage varies by product. Any applicable manufacturer warranty is identified on the product page or in the accompanying documentation.

Are certificates included?

Where a product is supplied with a certificate or other documentation, the product page or product documentation says so. Keep it and return it with the item if a return is authorized.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us immediately after placing the order. Cancellation may be possible before dispatch. Custom, personalized, engraved and made-to-order products may have additional cancellation restrictions.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
