Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Crown Diamond Avenue website and your purchase of products from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our store
Crown Diamond Avenue is an online jewelry store. We sell finished jewelry and loose moissanite and lab-grown diamond stones. We do not offer custom or made-to-order jewelry commissions.
2. Product information
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, using the information supplied to us by our suppliers.
- Materials are described as they are supplied to us. Where a piece is plated, the listing says plated.
- Moissanite is described as moissanite. It is a distinct gemstone and we never present it as a diamond.
- Where a stone is lab-grown, the listing says so.
- Where a supplier states that a piece or stone is accompanied by a certificate (for example GRA or IGI), we pass that on as a supplier statement. We do not independently verify such certificates.
Photographs are intended to represent the product as faithfully as possible. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and natural variation between individual pieces is normal. Measurements and weights are approximate.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
We take care to price correctly, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price as a result of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Please check your delivery details before completing checkout. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change the delivery address.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed.
6. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by third-party fulfillment and shipping partners. Processing and delivery times vary by product and destination, and all delivery times shown are estimates rather than guarantees. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Returns and refunds
Products marked "30-Day Returns" may be returned within 30 days of delivery, and products marked Final Sale cannot be returned for a change of mind, subject to our Refund, Returns & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these terms. Damaged, missing or incorrect items visible on arrival must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery; defects discovered later should be reported within a reasonable time after discovery. Please contact us before returning any item.
8. Use of this website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to interfere with its normal operation or security. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
9. Intellectual property
The Crown Diamond Avenue name, logo, site design, written content and product presentation on this website are our property or are used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them for commercial use without our written permission.
10. Third-party services
This website runs on Shopify and uses third-party services for payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and we are not responsible for their content.
11. Website availability
We aim to keep this website available and its content accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the site will be free of errors. Content may be updated or corrected at any time without notice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product purchased from us is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms, and any order placed through this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the country in which you live.
