Returns
30-Day Returns. This item can be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn, unused and in its original condition, with its original packaging and any certificate or documentation it came with. Email us first for a return authorization. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer, tracked; returns over $500 must be insured with signature confirmation.
If your order arrives damaged, with a missing piece or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If you discover a defect that could not reasonably have been identified at delivery, contact us within a reasonable time after you discover it. We may ask for photos or a short video, and once the claim is approved we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Final Sale does not affect these rights, and nothing in our policy limits your rights under applicable law, including applicable implied warranties.
