Returns

This item can be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn, unused and in its original condition, with its original packaging and any certificate or documentation it came with. Email us first for a return authorization. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer, tracked; returns over $500 must be insured with signature confirmation.
If your order arrives damaged, with a missing piece or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If you discover a defect that could not reasonably have been identified at delivery, contact us within a reasonable time after you discover it. We may ask for photos or a short video, and once the claim is approved we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Where each chain length sits on an average adult. Lengths are measured end to end, clasp included. A pendant sits about ½–1 inch lower than its chain.

How to measure
- Use a necklace you already like: lay it flat and measure from end to end, clasp included.
- Or use a string: put it around your neck, let it hang where you want the chain to sit, mark the point where the ends meet and measure the string.
- Choose the nearest length. If you are between two, the longer one is easier to wear.
Lengths sit differently with build and neck size, so treat the chart as a guide. For layering, choose lengths about 2 inches apart.
