Returns
30-Day Returns. This item can be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn, unused and in its original condition, with its original packaging and any certificate or documentation it came with. Email us first for a return authorization. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer, tracked; returns over $500 must be insured with signature confirmation.
If your order arrives damaged, with a missing piece or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If you discover a defect that could not reasonably have been identified at delivery, contact us within a reasonable time after you discover it. We may ask for photos or a short video, and once the claim is approved we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Final Sale does not affect these rights, and nothing in our policy limits your rights under applicable law, including applicable implied warranties.

Bracelet length is the full length of the piece, clasp included. Measure your wrist, then add a little room for the fit you like.
- 1Step 1Wrap your wrist. Use a soft tape measure or a strip of paper. Wrap it around your wrist just below the wrist bone, where a bracelet sits.
- 2Step 2Mark where it meets. Keep it snug but not tight, and mark the point where the end meets the strip.
- 3Step 3Measure and add room. Measure the strip up to your mark. Enter it below and we will suggest a bracelet length.

Good to know
- Tennis bracelets look best close to the wrist: add about ½ inch.
- Bangles slip over the hand: measure around the widest part of your hand with your fingers held together, and choose a bangle at least that size.
- Anklets: measure your ankle just above the bone and add about 1 inch. Most anklets are 9"–10".
- If you are between two lengths, choose the longer one.
