Shipping
We currently ship to United States addresses only. We do not ship to Canada or any other country.
Processing and delivery times vary by product; see the delivery estimate above. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers, weather and holidays. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships, where available.
Items in one order may ship separately, so you may receive more than one package and tracking number. Some high-value orders may require a signature on delivery. Checkout always confirms the shipping options and any shipping charge for your address before you pay.
Returns
Final Sale — No Change-of-Mind Returns. This item can't be returned because you changed your mind.
If your order arrives damaged, with a missing piece or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If you discover a defect that could not reasonably have been identified at delivery, contact us within a reasonable time after you discover it. We may ask for photos or a short video, and once the claim is approved we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Final Sale does not affect these rights, and nothing in our policy limits your rights under applicable law, including applicable implied warranties.
Care Guide
- Remove before swimming, bathing, exercise, or sleeping
- Apply perfume, lotion and cosmetics before putting your jewellery on
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth — avoid chemical cleaners
- Store separately in the pouch provided to prevent scratching
Plating is a surface finish and will soften with wear over time. Gentle, regular care keeps it looking its best for longer.
Find Your Ring Size
A perfect fit for every moment. Measure at home in three steps, or convert a size you already know to your US size.
Measure Your Finger
Follow these 3 easy steps to find your ring size at home.
- 1Step 1Wrap a string around your finger.
Use a non-stretchable string or a thin strip of paper. Wrap it around the base of the finger where you would wear the ring. - 2Step 2Mark the meeting point.
Mark the point where the string completes the circle. - 3Step 3Measure the length.
Lay the string flat and measure from the start to the mark with a ruler. Enter that length below to get your ring size.
Enter the length of the string in millimetres.
Circumference (mm)
Enter your measurement to see your US ring size.
All conversions are approximate — sizes vary slightly between makers. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one.
Tips for best results
- Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are slightly larger.
- Avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
- For wider bands, consider going up half a size.
Ring Width Guide
Width is the measurement across the band, taken at the base of the ring. Narrow bands (around 1–2.5 mm) sit lightly on the finger, medium bands (3–5 mm) are the everyday classic, and wider bands (6 mm and up) make a bolder statement. Wider bands fit more snugly, so consider going up half a size. This piece comes in one width; the guide shows how widths compare.
Stone Shapes
The shape is the outline of the stone when viewed from above — round, oval, princess, cushion, emerald and so on. Shape is not the same as cut grade: we only state cut, colour or clarity where the listing actually documents it.
