Shipping

We currently ship to United States addresses only. We do not ship to Canada or any other country.

Processing and delivery times vary by product; see the delivery estimate above. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers, weather and holidays. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships, where available.

Items in one order may ship separately, so you may receive more than one package and tracking number. Some high-value orders may require a signature on delivery. Checkout always confirms the shipping options and any shipping charge for your address before you pay.

Care Guide

Remove before swimming, bathing, exercise, or sleeping
Apply perfume, lotion and cosmetics before putting your jewellery on
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth — avoid chemical cleaners
Store separately in the pouch provided to prevent scratching

Plating is a surface finish and will soften with wear over time. Gentle, regular care keeps it looking its best for longer.

Where each chain length sits on an average adult. Lengths are measured end to end, clasp included. A pendant sits about ½–1 inch lower than its chain.

Men's chain lengths: 18, 20, 22 and 24 inch gold chains worn together on a man in a black t-shirt

Women's necklace lengths: 18 to 26 inch fine gold chains worn together on a woman

Shorter and longer lengths (14", 16", 30", 36") are described in the table below.

Length	Where it sits	Good for
14"	Close around the base of the neck (choker)	Petite necks, layering on top
16"	At the base of the neck, on the collarbone	Small pendants, open necklines
18"	Just below the collarbone	The most popular women's length; most pendants
20"	A few inches below the collarbone	Women's layering; a close fit for men
22"	At or just above the neckline of most tops	The most popular men's length
24"	Mid-chest	Men's chains, larger pendants, worn over clothing
30"	Below the chest	Statement and layered looks
36"	Around the waistline	Long layers; can be worn doubled

How to measure

Use a necklace you already like: lay it flat and measure from end to end, clasp included.
Or use a string: put it around your neck, let it hang where you want the chain to sit, mark the point where the ends meet and measure the string.
Choose the nearest length. If you are between two, the longer one is easier to wear.

Lengths sit differently with build and neck size, so treat the chart as a guide. For layering, choose lengths about 2 inches apart.
